Appliances: Meile High-Speed Dishwasher
August 2nd, 2007
From Janet:
The only thing I dread about summer entertaining is the inevitable stack of dishes in the sink. The solution? Miele’s G7856 Undercounter Commercial Freshwater Dishwasher, adapted for home kitchens.
The washer provides fast restaurant cycles (8 to 15 minutes, compared to the usual hour and a half), near-silent operation, and gentle handling of large loads. In fact, it can clean up to 62 glasses or 142 five-piece cutlery settings (that’s 700 pieces) at a time. It is designed to handle continuous use 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and to safely clean china and crystal.
Convenience and speed come at a price: $4,995. But if you have the means and the inclination, go to Miele.
