Spotted in the interiors of Hotel Hakuba in Japan last year: The Radiohus Pendant Light (see The Reissued Radiohus Pendant Light), designed by Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen for the Radiohuset Building in Copenhagen in the 1930s. West Elm apparently took note as well; their sculptural glass pebble lamp is a modified version of the Radiohus original.

Above:: Each Radiohus pendant is made of three layers of handblown glass, with the innermost and outermost layers made of transparent polished glass, with white glass for the middle layer. The Large VL45 Radiohus Pendant is $830 and the Small VL45 Radiohus Pendant is $620 at Y Lighting. Above: The large Sculptural Glass Pebble Lamp with milk glass shade and brass canopy is $129 at West Elm
