The other day I was walking past the Crate & Barrel building in SoHo, New York, and noticed a trio of glass pendant lights in the window. For a minute I thought, “What are those lights doing at Crate & Barrel?” mistaking them for the Michele de Lucchi Acquatinta light. I came to my senses. They weren’t the Acquatinta, but, I think, must be inspired by the Italian design.
