Above: Some sleuthing revealed the chair to be Ikea’s Grönadal. The bad news? It’s been discontinued since our story on Valentin’s place first went live. And while it’s hard to find an exact lookalike, the good news is similar rocker styles can be found all over the internet. For example… Above: This Black Cane Rocking Chair has a slightly sturdier frame but a similar caned seat and back. It’s currently on sale for $356 from Joss & Main. Above: And the South Shore Balka Rocking Chair has similar thin black metal legs to Ikea’s version and a curved, hand-woven rattan body. It’s $334.99 from Target and also available from Wayfair, where it’s currently on sale for $242.18.
N.B.: With a little digging, you can also find Ikea’s Grönadal out there, on secondhand sites like OfferUp.
