If you’re in the market for ready-cut velvet curtains, you’re likely beholden to that of the synthetic variety—polyester and poly-blends. While it’s increasingly rare to find velvet made of silk, cotton, or wool, we have tracked down a selection of cotton-velvet curtains that meet the insulating and noise-buffering quality of their poly counterparts, but unlike synthetic-based velvet, these curtains lay a little lighter on the earth.
Note that some of our selections are considered to be “room darkening” curtains which tends to include a polyester lining; we’ve made note of these instances below.
