Kitchen: Tea Time

From Julie:

Forward-thinking British designers have created a design movement by recycling bits and pieces from here and there (Lisa Whatmough at Squint Limited, for instance). Now product designer Christine Misiak has turned her attention to battered old tea sets she finds at rummage sales, which she deconstructs and reworks into madcap assemblages. We’d serve PG Tips—industrial-strength black tea known as “Builder’s Tea” in the UK—in these teapots. Go to PG Tips for a “There Will Always Be an England” moment; buy online at English Tea Store.
