Shopper’s Diary: Brooklyn Flea Pop-Up

Julie Carlson January 26, 2009

For the winter months, Brooklyn Flea has moved indoors to a pop-up market in Dumbo at 76 Front Street, open weekends through March 29th from 11 am to 6 pm.

Above: Dealers include Pennsylvania-based Chairloom; owner Molly Worth reupholsters vintage furniture in graphic cotton and linen fabrics from some of our favorite print artists, including Hable Construction and Virginia Johnson.

Above: Sit+Read Furniture has a nice selection of well-priced mid-century furniture, including this 1959 Knoll walnut credenza for $625.

Above: Severely Vintage has some good deals, such as these school stools; $100 for the pair.
