Calling all East Coast readers: To celebrate the publication of our new book, Gardenista: The Definitive Guide to Stylish Outdoor Spaces, we’ll be hosting a cocktail party/DIY holiday workshop on Saturday at Terrain at Styer’s near Philadelphia. Join us.

What: Cocktails and DIY workshops on dip-dye ornaments, foraged holiday garland, and make-your-own gift wrap.

Where: Terrain at Styer’s, Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

When: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday, November 19.

Cost: $50 per person, includes light appetizers, complimentary cocktails, holiday craft materials, and instruction. Books will be available for purchase.
