Design Sleuth: A Dan Flavin-Inspired Light

Julie Carlson March 27, 2014

Noticed lately: Neon lights reminiscent of the work of Dan Flavin, who used off-the-shelf fluorescent lights in his lighting sculptures.

Above: A bedroom by London-based designer Harriet Anstruther; photo by Andrew Lamb.

Above: The Neon Stick Light, designed by Christopher Sheldon of ANS Neon in Germany, is 69.5 inches tall and 1.25 inches in diameter; $228 from Anthropologie.

Above: The  Neon Stick Light is available in pink (shown here), blue, purple, and green.
