For the brave of palette: the glossy black and pea green interior of the Breslin Restaurant at the Ace Hotel in New York. Designers Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch of Roman and Williams used high-gloss oil paint from Fine Paints of Europe to create a moody, Old World look.
