Not long ago, we spotted this basil-green Staub enameled cast-iron French oven at the St. Helena Dean & DeLuca. We immediately swooned over the dead-heavy, jewel-toned masterpiece and began fantasizing about the possibilities (and lamenting the $275 pricetag).
