Even modernistas like a bit of pattern in their lives now and then. In keeping with my Bloomsbury obsession, I am in love with the somehow quite mod painted ceramics of Oxford, England–based Isis Ceramics by Deborah Sears.
I favor her black-painted pieces; keeps it kind of goth. Note to bargain hunters: The 8 1/2 inch Palladian patterned candlestick below is currently listed on ebay for a Buy-It-Now price of $92 (two are available at ebay.com).
