We love the graphic simplicity of this classic black and white bathroom remodel by Portland, OR–based Jessica Helgerson Design. Helgerson brightened the original bathroom by adding a new window near the original tub (which she painted black) and panelling the walls and ceiling in wainscotting. The different tones of paint make for a surprising contrast. The designer used Benjamin Moore AF-685 Thunder at 25 percent (semi-gloss) on all woodwork (including ceiling) and OC69 Regal Matte white on the walls.
