Kids Rooms: Map Quest

July 12, 2007

Not long ago, I noted that Julianne Moore (she of the maddeningly stylish West Village house featured last year in World of Interiors) had adorned the walls of her childrens’ room with the World Map Wall Mural by Environmental Graphics (13 feet wide and 8 feet 8 inches tall); $149.95 at environmentalgraphics.com:

But I almost prefer Ikea’s mural-like Premiar World Map (78 3/4 by 55 inches). It’s printed on canvas, ready to hang, costs $199, and features a slightly vintage look. Go to ikea.com to view.
