Cool Gray: Utilitarian Stoneware from a London Ceramicist, via Very Good & Proper

September 25, 2017

New from UK company Very Good & Proper: a line of “utilitarian” tableware, “made from extremely hardwearing stoneware” by young London-based ceramicist Ian McIntyre (who has also collaborated with Hay and Another Country). Here’s a look.

The tableware is available in six pieces: two plates (small and large), two sizes of platters, a bowl, and a mug.

A detail of the platters. The collection is made of heavy, dishwasher-safe stoneware with a pale gray glaze.
