Our favorite Mex-chic destination: the Coqui Coqui spa hotel on the Yucatan Peninsula, in the Mayan village of Coba. Proprietors and perfumers Nicolas Malleville and Francesca Bonato have created a perfectly original sanctuary, instilling an aura of bohemian grandeur to the premises. Here’s a look inside.
