Furniture: Tomas Alonso 5-Degree Table

Julie Carlson August 25, 2009

Spanish-born, London-based Tomas Alonso has come up with a stylish folding table made of beech, laminated plywood, and sailing rope. "Borrowing from the aesthetics of the 5-degree stool, a temporary seating device reduced to the minimum expression, the 5-degree table is an obvious evolution into a temporary (or not so temporary) trestle table," he says.
