Eastwind Hotel & Bar: A Vintage Catskills Bunkhouse, Restored

July 17, 2018

The latest addition to a slew of new lodgings in New York’s Catskills: Eastwind Hotel & Bar, a former 1920s bunkhouse on the slope of Windham Mountain. Just opened in June, it’s been transformed into a charming getaway, close to nature but not skimping on amenities—glamping option included. Take a look.
