Architect Visit: J. Weiss Design Kitchen & Bar in San Francisco

May 7, 2009

San Francisco architect Jennifer Weiss accumulated 18 years of design experience (Harvard Graduate School of Design, construction manager at Ryan Associates, associate at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill) before starting her own firm, J. Weiss Design (now a member of the Remodelista Architect/Designer Directory). Her fresh, clean-lined kitchen and bar is the high point at this year’s San Francisco Decorator Showcase; we especially like the mid-centuryish Oval Dimensional Tiles from Sausalito-based Heath Ceramics used as a backsplash over the range and as a decorative band above the countertops.
