Pin to Win: Color Board Winner

March 19, 2012

For our “Color Coded” week, we invited our readers to pick their favorite color and create a board on Pinterest. We’re pleased to announce the winner: Mirela Kotic, whose prize is a pair of Pantone mugs.

Our guest judge for the contest was color expert Eve Ashcraft and Remodelista contributor. Eve selected Mirela’s gray board. “It has a really interesting range of images, and I like the eclectic sensibility,” she says. To see Mirela’s winning board on Pinterest, go to Grey Board. (N.B.: Eve also selected five runner-ups: Neon Pink by Tusarama, Cobalt by Isobel Betts, Mint by Leah Katz, White by Lisa Shaw, and Yellow by Rachel Cole.)

Below are some of the images that kicked the contest off; we were inspired to create our own Citrine board on Pinterest.
