Colorful Classic Chairs on a Budget

Alexa Hotz October 03, 2013

Finding a dining chair that is both appealing and within budget isn’t always easy, which is why Serena & Lily‘s new Tucker Chair, in a full spectrum of colors, caught our eye this week.

The design draws from the traditional curved-back Windsor, but with a compact frame for a modern look. Made from solid beechwood in the Czech Republic, the chairs are available in seven bright shades (including bright white and glossy black, of course).

Above: Measuring 33.5 inches overall in height and 17.5 inches, Tucker Chairs are $185 each.

Above: Coral and dandelion.

Above: Surf, a pale blue, and mushroom, a warm neutral tone.

Above: The classic black and white. Another appealing not pictured is the chair in fog.

See similar chairs in context in Restaurant as DIY Gallery: L’Ouvrier in Toronto. And check out our post on Christopher Howe’s Painted Windsor Chairs.
