In response, LA design studio Scout Regalia has stepped up and created the SR Anywhere Hook. Made of powder-coated aluminum in a range of appealing shades, they can hold up to a pound each—and, if you ask us, deserve a beauty prize. So consider hanging your hat, keys, bathrobe, and soap on a rope on these.

But if a less strong adhesive is desired, Scout Regalia advises using 3M Command Strips (these come in Scout Regalia’s Additional Adhesive Pack for $2).
