Appliances: Cook Cook by Rüegg

November 30, 2009

For RM readers in Europe: Swiss company Rüegg recently came out with the Cook Cook, a wood-burning oven, grill, heating system, and kitchen fireplace all in one. The modular stainless steel unit is configured to work with modern kitchen dimensions; the only installation requirement is a venting hood and an electrical outlet. Various attachments allow rotisserie cooking, grilling, and stovetop cooking (the unit comes with a removable ceramic plate). (N.B.: The Cook Cook is currently unavailable in the North American market.)
