Identical to its sister model, the Beaune, with the exception of location of the vertical convection oven, these two pack a powerful punch. Relax whilst preparing your Thanksgiving feast, as the Cluny-sized oven can roast up to a 26-lb turkey to perfection and the vertical convection oven can handle multiple dishes efficiently at once. The Bussy is ideal for right-handed folks looking to open up the vertical convection oven with their left hand, and load heavy racks with their right.

The Bussy includes a stepped array of up to 6 burners: (3) 11,000 BTU burners, (2) 5,000 BTU burners, and (1) 15,000 burner.

The Classique 6 Feux top features six burners: (3) 11,000 BTU burners in the rear, (2) 5,000 BTU burners in the front, and (1) 15,000 in the center front.  This diversified mix of power on the cooktop allows you the ability to simmer, sauté, and high-heat sear. Endless possibilities!
