For those of us tied to the creature comforts of home, this is the sort of “camping” we can get behind. Located just outside major urban hubs such as New York, DC, and Boston, Getaway cabins are equipped with everything an urbanite could ask for—except Wi-Fi, which is purposely left out. The cabin kitchens are built of humble plywood and equipped with a two-burner stove, cooler, enamelware, and more. It’s the kind of setup that’s easy to replicate in any cabin, or to pull together for your next camping adventure. Here’s a checklist of what’s inside.
