Fan’s friend George McCalman, an SF artist, activist, columnist, and designer, is unveiling a show at The Perish Trust’s new gallery space Perish_ables this coming Thursday. In ‘Tell Me Three Things I Can Do/Return to Sender,” McCalman examines the coded language of race that reflects a response to this year’s uprisings. The show is open Wednesday-Friday by appointment only via Instagram @theperishtrust or by emailing [email protected] and Saturdays from 12-4 with social distancing.

One of our favorite SF shops, March, has a new collection of simple herb pots; they’re handmade in Tuscany from natural terracotta.
