Industrial-strength coffee, fantastic bakery goods, and other food considerations aside, Oddfellows "all-day, all-night neighborhood cafe" on Capitol Hill in Seattle is worth a visit for the space alone. The designers preserved the look of the well-worn, 100-year-old Oddfellows Hall, with its brick walls and rustic wood floors, adding reclaimed wood wall paneling and salvaged furnishings. The mercury-shaded sewing factory lights, sourced from Great Stuff (also in Seattle), are especially appealing. Photos via Flickr.
