Spotted on the Modern House Estate Agents site: a Georgian terraced house renovated by the artists Langlands & Bell. "The house combines modern and traditional elements to form a highly engaging and original home. It was built in the 1790s and has retained many of its original features, including fireplaces, timber floorboards, and some very fine paneling. Of particular note is the modern kitchen-diner on the lower ground floor, with an exposed concrete floor and metal-framed doors that open onto a courtyard garden."
