A Sheffield Stainless Steel blade made in England with an apple wood branch handle. These knives are very sharp and handy for cutting fruits, cheeses and meats. They also work great for peeling citrus for cocktails or mulled wine!
Care: hand wash only. Do not submerge. Clean blade with a damp, soapy cloth. Wipe down handle with a damp cloth if necessary.
