Northern Light: Mix-and-Match Table Lamps from Tambur in Sweden

December 9, 2025

Lighting is important in Sweden, where six months out of the year bring short, dark days. It’s fitting, then, for Tambur—one of our favorite Stockholm home stores, has turned its attention to a collection of table lamps. Here, lamp bases are handmade by Nicola Fasano, a family-run workshop in Puglia known for its signature splatterware and ceramics, while the lampshades are produced in Eskilstuna, Sweden, using methods dating back to the 1940s. The mix-and-match collection combines the quality of vintage lighting with the character of now.
