Leave it to the Japanese to design the most elegant single-cup drip coffee solution we've seen. Made by Torch, a Takasaki-based company (about an hour outside of Tokyo), the Donut Coffee Dripper consists of a simple ash wood ring and a porcelain filter holder. A perfect holiday gift for the coffee junkie.
