• Another reason to head to Foxfire Mountain House upstate: Guest beds will now be dressed in blankets by Evangeline Linens, part of a collaboration with the Portland, ME, company. (They’ll be available for purchase in Foxfire’s online shop, too.)
• Studies in blue: admiring a Flemish designer’s ever-changing Mexico City townhouse.

• Clothes to live in these days: Salter House’s new in-house line of day dresses, made in NYC in Liberty prints and Japanese woven gingham and inspired by vintage shirting.
• And we’re collecting pens and papers from Goods for the Study for sending mail far and wide this autumn, open at 50 West 8th Street and 234/236 Mulberry Street in NYC for browsing or pickups of online orders.
