Masterful Medina`

To keep a busy family happy, this living room needed to have it all. Not only a comfortable space to watch television, but a place for family game nights, impromptu piano recitals, and a reading nook for lazy Sunday mornings. But most importantly, it needs to have style. A lot of it.

Madrona Walnut Kitchen and Baths

Black, white and walnut was the palate for this Seattle-area home on a hill. Melding the two clients’ styles (she likes transitional, he more mid-century) was the key to creating a space that is both warm and sleek. Custom walnut and black painted cabinetry in the kitchen are combined with satin brass plumbing and accents. A wall covered in penny round tiles offers a bit of whimsy to an otherwise serious kitchen. The color scheme was carried into the bathrooms this time paired with polished chrome fittings and hardware.
