The rustic beauty of Big Sur lies in its solid European white oak with naturally occuring splits, cracks and knots; see additional photos. Its intricate, narrow grain is produced by a colder climate, making each piece unique. Supporting the table are four hefty legs, each crafted of a single piece of heartwood, exposing the tree's inner rings.
