Palette & Paints: Simply Red

August 8th, 2008

From Julie:

It’s a truism of interior design that every room should have a touch of red. Perhaps I’m coming around; lately I’ve been noticing flashes of crimson that I can imagine using.

Where did the beautiful picture with the red lamp, two yellowish chairs– one with a red throw blanket– and the small, organic-seeming chair come from? I LOVE everything in it!

What a wonderful piece of furniture. Does somebody knows who makes these yellow armchairs on the picture no.3?

I think I’ve unintentionally had the same rule for orange in every place I’ve lived to date.

I agree with Alexis… I want to live there. Or just hijack the design style. I WANT the chairs and the little stool with the lovely little rounded legs! GREAT FIND… did it tell anything about sources? Most likely not, it looks like stuff gathered over time. The nicest things are always the ones that you can’t simply run out and buy.
