Never has scrubbing floors seemed so attractive. Swedish company Iris Hantverk’s handcrafted products for the bath and home rely mostly on traditional materials such as horsehair, oak, and birch, and the production facility employs visually impaired craftsmen from a range of cultures. Iris isn’t a she, you know. She’s a company, or a charity, or some Scandinavian combination, and the hantverk is a project of theirs. But the brushes are deeply pleasing and last for a very long time or until someone pinches them because of uncontrollable coveting. You can get them from labour and wait too.
