Storage, drawers, closets, non – grata. Garage hole to “space”

After reading a 'Get Rid of Your Things' type book i needed to rid myself of my garage which was our dumping space for things. Having a small house i needed a guest-room, semi-indoor outdoor space, bathroom to service outside party guests. No storage for a reason.
