Built a continuous window seat, counter to window seat bench along one side of the kitchen. Removed the useless, too deep upper cabinets and made open shelves. Got rid of the blue fake wood paneling, shag carpeting,blue swirl formica counter tops. All materials salvaged, found, or second hand.
