Modern Farmhouse Kitchen in a Mid-Century Hunter Renovation

We were looking for open plan living, and found this late 1960's home designed by the architect, Edgar Hunter that is nestled on 5 acres in rural New England. We did a complete renovation, and the kitchen is the central hub of the house. We focused on locally sourced natural building materials.
