Designer and artist Evelina Kroon loves handicraft in every form and is fascinated by the meeting between different colours, materials and compositions. The checkered pattern is a recurring theme in her artistry, and she finds inspiration in everything that surrounds her: in nature, in everyday life, in contemporary and historical art. She designed the checkered tray exclusively for Svenskt Tenn in 2023.

Svenskt Tenn’s trays are durable and can either be cleaned by hand or put in the dishwasher on a gentle cycle. Dishwasher detergent can, however, cause visible wear on the surface with frequent washing.
