The risotto spoon combines a long slender handle and a round cooking bowl wtih one square edge for contact with the inside of the pan. Beautifully handmade of cherry wood, this wooden spoon was designed with the cook in mind and is perfect for dishes requiring prolonged stirring with the typical ‘hole’ through the center to reduce drag.
