Description from GDS Cloth Goods

THE DESIGN

The Minas Gerais is unique for several reasons. It has a narrow and short bib, a medium U-shaped pocket on the bib and a larger U-shaped pocket on the right side (attached on the inside). The strap and cord design make all of our aprons totally adjustable and comfortable for all day wear. There’s something charming about the Minas Gerais’ bib size and pocket shape combination. It walks the line of subtle wit.

WHERE IT’S SEWN

Our aprons are made in our studio in Oakland, California. With hand-finished seams this apron looks as beautiful inside as it does on the outside. No serged seams. Our aprons last a lifetime.

THE CLOTH

Our dreamy organic cotton cloth – a medium blue selvedge denim with white selvedge stripe – is made by Cone Mills in North Carolina. Straps are made of the same fabric as the body of the apron and finished with a top quality 3/8″ cotton cord.
