In France, the classic mandolin vegetable slicer.
An intelligent, robust machine for cutting and preparing all kinds of vegetables in whatever thickness and shape, from waffle patterned carrots, wafer thin potato gratin to matchstick sized sliced potatoes. The machine has a two-sided cutting block for stick thicknesses from approximately 3 to 10 mm and an opposing blade plate for decorative slices. Thicknesses from .3 to 10 mm can be continuously adjusted for smooth slices.
- A wood handle and food holder made of stainless steel. Comes with 4 different blades.
- 40 x 12.5 x 4 cm. Weight 1.9 kg.
