Description from Analogue Life
Katsuyoshi Yonezawa, his wife Junko, and son Motonao, are the third generation to produce artisinal brooms at Yonezawa Houki Koubo, their family workshop. The Yonezawa family make each broom using traditional methods, from cultivating broomcorn, drying the crops, to finally crafting the brooms themselves. The art of broom making in Japan is losing many of its practitioners to age and it is getting increasingly difficult to find brooms crafted with such meticulous care and quality materials.
The beautifully crafted Ko-Boki (Mini Broom) is convenient for cleaning spills and tabletops, window frames and tight corners.
