These handmade glass tumbler are made in a lovely jewel-like shade of Jade Green. They are hand blown to give a lighter and finer quality and each piece is hand made by skilled artisans so no two are exactly alike. Hundreds of tiny air bubbles in the glass create a light, bubbly effect and add to the uniqueness of this charming range designed for every-day dining. The glasses are packed in a simple crisp Kraft card boxes with 1 colour print so they are easily recyclable. The glasses have a 340ml capacity and are dishwasher safe.
British Colour Standard was revived by art and design duo Jackie Piper and Victoria Whitbread, after they found an old colour dictionary in a charity shop. The pair brought the hues found hidden in the book’s pages back to life, realising them across a range of well-crafted homeware products that boast sustainable, ecological or Fair Trade provenance.
