The Marmoleum Walton Cirrus collection is composed of slightly marbled, bold accent colors. Cirrus colors can be used with any Forbo floor coverings, adding an element of depth and excitement to any Marmoleum pattern.
Unlike carpeting, spills will not sink in or stain. Natural bactericidal and anti-static properties prevent the growth of microorganisms, reduce the risk of electric shock, and make for easy dust and damp-mop cleaning.
All Marmoleum floors are non-toxic and will not off-gas, making them safe for everyone, even the chemically sensitive. Additionally, Marmoleum is SMART certified as a sustainable product.
Marmoleum sheeting may be applied over subfloors made of plywood, concrete, Vinyl, VCT or other resilient materials as long as it meets the conditions noted in the substrate evaluation & preparation guidelines. See pdf in side bar. Same for ceramic tile which also may require a leveling product to fill the grout lines so it does not telegraph through. In all cases a bond test must be conducted to make sure the adhesive is able to set up and cure properly.
