Description from Mint Shop

A lighting collection that evolved from ‘Farol’ chandelier, 1996. Farol, Spainish for paper lantern summarises the simplicity of the piece and that it folds flat. Farol’s design is a diagram of a chandelier that concludes the reality of its evolution into an electric lamp. Pendante Chandelier uses the cable extensively for its honest quality with the exposed bulb. Specially shaped Borosilicate glass shades hung intermittently, support and organically shape the cable which is clasped between to create a long lamp for stair wells or tall spaces.
