We are very excited to introduce our new wallpaper collection, two colours, Sepia and Blue, in two patterns, Grand and Petite.
We took the original design and inspiration from an image we found of a historical American wallpaper discovered in a house in New England. Carefully changing small details and patterns but not spoiling its charm, we have reimagined something we feel is totally unique and really quite special.
Our new Ditsy Delft Wallpaper has totally charmed us with its naive simplicity and its similarity to Delft tiles. The combination is so perfect, understated and restrained, unlike so many wallpapers that are bold, bright and dominating. Just three miles from our beautiful Cotes Mill showroom is an internationally renowned wallpaper manufacturer, specialising in traditional woodblock to digital printing and everything in between. We have longed to work with this local company and chose their gravure process to achieve the hand-painted finish of our Ditsy Delft range. If, like us, you have been searching for a wall covering that is easy and gentle on the eye, that feels authentic and humble and doesn’t influence your room too much, but sits quietly in the background, then we think Ditsy Delft is the one for you.
