The Shakers used pegboard in nearly every room. They used it to hang coats, hats, brooms, and even chairs while the room was being cleaned. Pegboard is 3 1/2″ wide, solid cherry with beautiful beaded edges. Holes are bored 6″ apart. Kits include cherry Shaker pegs and glue, ready to assemble and finish. Shown in Oil Finish.
Custom-Cut Shaker Pegboard
Shaker pegboard is available in longer lengths and can be custom-ordered in any length – to go around an entire room, for example. We can cut inside and outside miters (add $1.00 per miter in addition to the per/foot price), change peg spacing, eliminate pegs to accommodate door openings, etc.
