The top-of-the-range flatware is made with authentic raw materials such as ebony, rosewood, olivewood, boxwood... There is a resin range too. Metal fittings and bolsters are made of 18/10 stainless steel, silver plated or gold plated. Knives blades are made of carbon steel. The Alain Saint-Joanis collections are hand-assembled and hand-polished. Dishwasher-safe.
